Mobilehome Advisory Commission

 

 

The administration and operations of the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance is overseen by a five person commission appointed by the City Council. The Mobilehome Advisory Commission membership is made up of one member who has been nominated by an association of park owners, one member who has been nominated by an association of park residents and three neutral members.

The Commission meets on the third Thursday
of even numbered months at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall.

The Mobilehome Advisory Commission is responsible for advising the administration and the City Council on the implementation of the Mobilehome Rent Ordinance, changes to the Ordinance and the Program regulations and the amount of the Mediation Fee.

Park owners, residents and members of the general public are encouraged to attend meetings of the Commission.
