The mission of the Santa Clara County Collaborative on Affordable Housing and Homeless Issues is to increase the supply of affordable housing and reduce homelessness in the County. The Collaborative is a coordinated effort between more than 100 County, City, and private agencies to meet the housing and supportive services needs of the region’s homeless and at-risk residents. In addition, it seeks to position the region to attract funds to support those services, including McKinney-Vento funds.
