Project Homeless Connect
Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a one day event which brings together residents without permanent housing and local service providers under one roof. San Jose Project Homeless Connect is held semi-annually and creates relationships between those in need of housing services with agencies providing those services.
Help Spread the Word!! Project Homeless Connect 6 will take place on May 15, 2008!!
A recap of previous Project Homeless Connect events can be found below.

City of San Jose partners with Santa Clara University students to conduct survey of Unhoused Riders of Bus 22 to identify their demographics, length of homelessness, and service needs. The survey was one of 3 projects completed by students of the Applied Sociology course taught by Professor Laura Nichols. Students also analyzed data from the 2007 San Jose Homeless Census and Survey and completed testimonials of unhoused veterans, senior citizens, and physically disabled persons.
