Inclusionary Housing Study
The Inclusionary Housing Study is a public process in evaluating the potential for a citywide inclusionary housing policy. The study was facilitated and completed by the City’s consultant, David Rosen and Associates. The public process and review of inclusionary housing is a collaboration between City Departments, for-profit and non-profit developers, community organizations, and residents of San Jose.
