Home Repair Assistance
Housing Rehabilitation Programs
The Department of Housing offers several programs to allow qualified applicants to make repairs to their homes or rental property. A brief description of each program is provided below. To determine if you may be eligible for one of the City's home repair programs, please refer the Eligibility Criteria.
GRANT PROGRAMS
Homeowner Grant Program - A $15,000 grant program for emergency and/or minor repairs to your owner-occupied single-family residence or duplex. This grant does not require repayment.
Mobile Home Grant Program - A $12,000 grant program for emergency and/or minor repairs to your owner- occupied mobile home. This grant does not require repayment.
LOAN PROGRAMS
Housing Preservation Program - A deferred loan program with a maximum loan amount of $100,000 for repairs to your owner-occupied single-family residence or duplex.
Zero Percent Interest Loan Program - A $15,000 loan with 0% interest, for emergency repairs to single-family and duplexes.
