| This development, located in the Winchester Strong Neighborhoods Initiative area, included the acquisition and rehabilitation of four, two- and three-story buildings, which required seismic retrofit of the tuck-under parking areas through the addition of welded steel frames at the carport openings. Additional upgrades at this development included the installation of individual air conditioning in each unit and extensive remodeling of the recreation room. | |||
