The site for this newconstruction suburban single room occupancy (SRO) development was purchased and subdivided to make room for the Creekview Inn and the adjacent SRO for people with disabilities (See also Casa de los Amigos). Located on a parcel next to the Penitencia Creek, residents enjoy a peaceful outdoor setting.
