The City held a TEFRA hearing for this acquisition and rehabilitation development, which includes eleven two-story buildings originally built in 1972. The units will receive a complete interior make-over; other improvements included making access improvements for disabled persons. An existing one-acre park with lush lawns and a barbecue area will be upgraded to include a pool, a tot lot, and a new clubhouse. The recreation room will also be updated to include fitness equipment, billiards, and a computer center.
