Homeport

Housing developmentally disabled persons, this HUD 202-financed development is designed as an SRO, with each resident having a private room, but sharing baths and a community kitchen. The City’s financing assisted in upgrading the design to ensure that the project blended nicely into the neighborhood. Originally owned by Housing for Independent People, Homeport is now owned and operated by the Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition.
