Julian Gardens

Constructed at the same time as its companion public housing project (see Lucretia Gardens) under a single HUD grant, this nine-unit townhouse-style project located in downtown San José looks like ownership housing. In contrast to other public housing developments constructed in other parts of the country, the design of this small complex integrates well into the surrounding neighborhoods.
