| One of the Department’s most challenging projects, it was necessary to annex this parcel to the City, amend both the Redevelopment Project Area and the General Plan, and relocate transmission towers for a long-standing radio station in order to construct the project. Also one of the largest developments funded by the City, Los Esteros offers wonderful open space, including an inviting pool. | |||
