| Adaptive reuse renovated this former motel into permanent single room occupancy (SRO) housing for individuals with disabilities, who were once homeless. A beautiful garden setting with a stream running through it, residents enjoy the outdoors while living close to downtown, transportation, and shopping. Amenities include a 7,000 sq. ft. community center with recreational activities, billiards, and facility-sponsored events and workshops on nutrition, self-help, life-skills, ESL, budgeting, and physical and mental health (See Tully Gardens I and Tully Gardens). | |||
