HUD 811 funds were made available for this craftsman-style bungalow development, which now provides a permanent home to 15 residents who have developmental disablilities. Originally sponsored by Housing for Independent People, the development is now owned and managed by the Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition. Services for the residents are provided by Community Options, a public interest agency.
