| Recieved from the County as part of a settlement, this large parcel, once the site of the County Children's shelter, is being developed to provide both senior and family housing (see Kennedy Apartment Homes). Interested developers were invited to submit proposals to develop the site, which was split and will be co-developed by two builders. Large oak trees and the scenic, dedicated open-space across the street enhance the country-like setting. | |||
