The second of three residential developments (see Parkview Family Apartments and Crescent Parc Townhomes) constructed on a former Sears store site, this development offers seniors many conveniences. This project pioneered the implementation of the City's Midtown Specific Plan, which guides the transition of a 210-acre older industrial area to a mixed-use neighborhood.
