| The Thornbridge Apartment Homes helps meet the City's housing goals by rehabilitating 286 units of rental housing, converting them to high quality units and restricting rents to ensure affordability for lowincome families for the next 30 years. Formerly called the Garden Apartments, this was the first development in San José to utilize tax-exempt multi-family housing revenue bonds and also included a developer contribution of $15,000 per unit. | |||
