This was the first San José project to receive funding from the State's Rental Housing Construction Program. A large parcel was split in two to develop this senior rental complex and an adjacent development for families (see the Grove). Designed as a complete, inter-generational community, seniors interact with families living at The Grove by volunteering for child care services, and sharing community events and services.
